SteadyWay Support
Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask for a call.
Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated under the name SteadyWay Support. The registered company name, company number, and address will be published here before the site goes live. Until then, use the enquiry form if you want to ask about your information, and raise it on the call.
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry, we collect:
- Your first name, surname, phone number, and email address
- Whether you live in England, Scotland, or Wales
- The debt range you select, and the situations you tell us apply
- Whether you asked to be contacted by WhatsApp or by phone, and the fact that you agreed to be contacted
- The time the enquiry was sent
Why we use it
We use this information to decide whether we can help, to contact you by WhatsApp or phone, and, with your consent, to introduce you to a debt solution provider. The legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made. We do not sell your details as a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then for a limited period in case of a complaint. A specific retention period will be confirmed before launch.
Who we share it with
We email the enquiry to info@steadywaysupport.co.uk so our team can respond. We may also share your details with a debt solution provider so they can contact you, and with service providers who host this website or deliver that email. They may only use the information for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can also withdraw consent for further contact. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
